Co-Founder and CEO of Billed Right and CompuTech City (now Medicus IT), Saurin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare IT and has over 20 years of experience in these domains. His entrepreneurial spirit helped drive both companies’ visions into reality. His experience with EHR systems, operating systems, and information systems management, coupled with the in-depth knowledge and experience in optimizing medical office operations, provides for a complete and detailed understanding of the managerial, operational, financial, and technical aspects necessary for the success of all projects initiated on behalf of Billed Right and CompuTech City's clients. He has been awarded the 2017 Male Business Professional of the Year by the Indian American Chamber of Commerce is actively involved in a variety of trade and professional organizations, including the MSP Alliance, Boys and Girls Club, and the MGMA.

Co-Founder and CTO of Billed Right and CompuTech City. Dave has over 24 years of experience in the Healthcare IT infrastructure and oversees all IT operations for Billed Right. He still serves as the Chief Innovation Officer of CompuTech City (now Medicus IT). Dave also serves as a board member of Datto’s advisory board. Dave utilizes his 24+ years of IT experience in the healthcare environment to create innovative improvements to internal processes. These improvements ensure a consistent, efficient experience for our clients. He brings expertise in network system design, Cloud computing, EHR hosting, Data virtualization, Storage area network, Citrix, customer service, project management, VMWare implementation engineer, Scale Computing certified engineer, MCDSP, MC, and a HITPRO certified Technical Support Specialist. Dave Patel completed a Bachelor of Science in Information System Technology from UCF. His purpose statement is to, "Be a student on a journey seeking, serving, and solving problems to maximize my impact."

As COO and Head of India Operations, Kalyan is a Postgraduate in English Linguistics with over 25 years of experience in Healthcare RCM Development. His expertise includes onshore practice setup and offshore project transition, with strong skills in healthcare consulting, operations management, requirements analysis, Microsoft products, and customer relationship management (CRM). Prior to joining Billed Right 18 years ago, he served as Billing Operations Manager for Austin Medical Solutions and Grace Clinic in Texas, overseeing back operations in Bangalore. He also led Florida Cardiology's billing operations, playing a key role in establishing their billing infrastructure. Kalyan’s strategic leadership has been instrumental in Billed Right’s growth, and he continues to drive operational excellence across its three divisions. A visionary leader, he leads by example and fosters a culture of innovation and efficiency. He has been recognized with prestigious industry awards, including "Great Manager to Work With" and the India 500 CEO Award. Additionally, he is an active member of Vistage Malaysia, a global peer advisory group, where he collaborates with leaders worldwide to drive business excellence.

Maryan, President of Billed Right, has been in the healthcare field for over 15 years, bringing extensive expertise in process workflow analysis, billing EHR, practice optimization, revenue cycle management (RCM), and billing compliance. She specializes in clinical and billing workflow optimization, EHR implementation, and process integration to enhance operational efficiency for healthcare organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Pre-Physical Therapy and spent several years in the clinical domain, gaining deep insight into practice workflows. Additionally, she earned an Executive MBA from the University of Central Florida, further strengthening her leadership and business acumen. Maryan oversees strategic direction, operational efficiency, client relationships, and financial performance within the organization. Her role includes developing scalable RCM strategies, driving innovation through technology adoption, optimizing workflow efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. She collaborates with healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams to improve revenue cycle performance and enhance client success. Having been with Billed Right since 2012, Maryan remains committed to continuous education, mentorship, and industry development, regularly sharing her expertise to foster professional growth within the healthcare space.
