Saurin Patel
Co-Founder and CEO of Billed Right and CompuTech City (now Abacus), Saurin has over 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare IT. His entrepreneurial drive helped turn both companies' visions into reality. He has worked hands-on with EHR systems, operating systems, and information systems management, and he pairs that with deep knowledge of medical office operations. That combination gives him a full picture of the managerial, operational, financial, and technical work behind every project Billed Right and CompuTech City deliver for clients. He was awarded the 2017 Male Business Professional of the Year by the Indian American Chamber of Commerce and stays active in trade and professional organizations, including the MSP Alliance, Boys and Girls Club, and the MGMA.
Dave Patel
Co-Founder and CTO of Billed Right and CompuTech City. Dave has over 24 years of experience in Healthcare IT infrastructure and oversees all IT operations for Billed Right. He still serves as Chief Innovation Officer of CompuTech City (now Abacus) and sits on Datto's advisory board. He draws on his 24+ years of IT experience in the healthcare environment to build practical improvements to internal processes, so clients get a consistent, efficient experience. His expertise spans network system design, Cloud computing, EHR hosting, Data virtualization, Storage area network, Citrix, customer service, project management, VMWare implementation, Scale Computing certified engineering, MCDSP, MC, and HITPRO certified Technical Support. Dave completed a Bachelor of Science in Information System Technology from UCF. His purpose statement: “Be a student on a journey seeking, serving, and solving problems to maximize my impact.”
Kalyan Anant
As COO and Head of India Operations, Kalyan holds a postgraduate degree in English Linguistics and has over 25 years of experience in Healthcare RCM Development. His work covers onshore practice setup and offshore project transition, with strong skills in healthcare consulting, operations management, requirements analysis, Microsoft products, and customer relationship management. Before joining Billed Right 18 years ago, he served as Billing Operations Manager for Austin Medical Solutions and Grace Clinic in Texas, overseeing back-office operations in Bangalore. He also led Florida Cardiology's billing operations and played a key role in building their billing infrastructure. Kalyan's leadership has driven much of Billed Right's growth, pushing operational excellence across its three divisions. He has been recognized with industry awards including “Great Manager to Work With” and the India 500 CEO Award, and he is an active member of Vistage Malaysia, a global peer advisory group.
Maryan Hennen
Maryan, President of Billed Right, has worked in healthcare for over 15 years, with deep experience in process workflow analysis, billing EHR, practice optimization, revenue cycle management, and billing compliance. She focuses on clinical and billing workflow optimization, EHR implementation, and process integration that make healthcare organizations run more efficiently. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Pre-Physical Therapy and an Executive MBA from the University of Central Florida. Maryan oversees strategic direction, operational efficiency, client relationships, and financial performance across the organization. Her role includes building scalable RCM strategies, driving technology adoption, and keeping the company compliant with industry regulations. She has been with Billed Right since 2012 and stays committed to continuous education and mentorship, regularly sharing her expertise to grow talent within the healthcare space.
